For conversational replies, no: the bot drafts the answer instantly, but it is only sent after someone on your team approves it. There are narrow, deliberate exceptions — the fixed booking-lifecycle notices (confirmed, expired, handed to the team), whose wording is approved once and then goes out on its own, with no improvisation.

The hold does. When the guest sends the payment receipt, the dates are reserved in your dashboard automatically, for 24 hours, without anyone touching it. Actually confirming the booking remains your action — the system does not close a booking on your behalf.
