Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Glampcloud ("we", "our" or the "Platform") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — the "LGPD"). By using Glampcloud, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

Glampcloud is operated by GlampCloud, registered under CNPJ 57.704.677/0001-28, with its registered office at Fazenda Fumal, São João Batista do Glória/MG, CEP 37920-000, Brazil.

2. What data we collect

Glampcloud is a booking management platform for hospitality properties. We collect two groups of data:

a) Platform user data (owners and operators of inns, glampings and similar properties who subscribe to Glampcloud):

• Name, email and account information when signing up or logging in (including via Google sign-in, where applicable).
• Property data: business name, address, contact details, unit and pricing settings.
• Financial and tax data provided for billing (e.g. CNPJ/CPF, PIX key), used exclusively to process payments and issue charges.

b) Guest data (provided by platform users or by guests themselves when making a booking):

• Name, email, phone and other information needed to make and manage the booking.
• Booking details: dates, unit, amounts, notes.
• Communications through channels integrated with the platform (e.g. WhatsApp messages related to the booking), when that feature is active.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as racial origin, religious belief or health data) and we ask users not to enter that kind of information into free-text fields.

3. How we use data (Purposes and Legal Basis)

We process personal data for the following purposes, under the corresponding legal bases in the LGPD:

• Providing the booking management service — performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
• Authenticating access to your account, including via Google sign-in — performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
• Processing payments and issuing charges — performance of a contract and compliance with legal/tax obligations (art. 7, V and II).
• Sending operational communications (booking confirmations, important notices) — performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
• Improving and protecting the platform, preventing fraud and ensuring security — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).

Where we use aggregated and anonymised data (which does not identify individuals) for statistical or market-benchmark purposes, that data is no longer considered personal data and is not subject to this Policy.

4. Google sign-in

If you choose to access Glampcloud using your Google account, we receive from Google only the basic profile information you authorise (name, email address and account identifier). We do not access your emails, contacts, files or any other data in your Google account. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your access to the platform. Use of information received from Google adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with third parties only in the following situations:

• Infrastructure and service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (e.g. database hosting and storage, payment processors, messaging providers), strictly to make the service possible and under confidentiality and security obligations.
• Compliance with legal obligations, court orders or requests from competent authorities.
• Between platform user and guest: a guest's booking data is accessible to the property they booked with, for the purpose of managing that stay.

Some providers may be located outside Brazil. In those cases, we take measures to ensure that the international transfer complies with the LGPD.

6. Storage and security

We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including permission-based access control, restricted reading of sensitive data and encryption of credentials. Data is stored in cloud database infrastructure (Brazil region, where applicable).

No system is completely free of risk, but we work continuously to maintain appropriate security standards.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or for the periods required by legal and tax obligations. Once the relationship ends and statutory periods have elapsed, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights (LGPD)

At any time and upon request, you have the right to obtain:

• Confirmation that your data is being processed;
• Access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
• Data portability;
• Information about whom your data has been shared with;
• Withdrawal of consent, where applicable.

Note: for guest data entered by a property using the platform, that property may be the data controller, and the request may be forwarded to them.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The platform may use cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (e.g. keeping your login session active). We do not use these for advertising.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
